Bread or ANYTHING Dip

Serve N&Ns Apple Blend with a serving of artisan bread, samosas OR falafel. Also use as burger topping, in place of mayo, butter and ketchup.


Chips & Salsa or Bread Dip

Serve N&Ns Tomato Blend with a serving of tortilla chips OR artisan bread.


Curry Chickpeas

Dice 1 lb of pumpkin (or winter squash) in bite sized cubes.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a pan and 3 tablespoons of N&Ns Curry (as desired), when oil is hot. Stir for a minute or two.

Add 12 oz boiled (or canned) chickpeas and diced pumpkin to the pan and stir to coat.

Let simmer, adding water, if necessary, until pumpkin is cooked (or at least 5 mins, if without pumpkin).

Remove from heat to use an immersion blender to blend half of the pan contents.

Serve with N&Ns Spicy Cilantro Pumpkin Quinoa (or Rice).


Dessert Ravioli

Make/Buy ravioli pastry as desired.

Add a spoon of N&Ns Apple to each ravioli.

Add additional desired fillings, like sliced banana, blueberries, walnuts, etc.

Brush sealed raviolis with chickpea water or butter of your choice and poke with a fork to release steam.

Bake for 15 minutes or saute in oil and enjoy.


Ginger Garlic Black Beans

Add 3 or 4 tablespoons of N&Ns Ginger Garlic (as desired) to a pan and 12 oz cooked black beans.

Saute for a few minutes, adding the liquid reserve in your N&Ns Ginger Garlic jar.

Add more water, sea salt, crushed black pepper and N&Ns seasoning to taste (as desired)

Remove from heat and serve over N&Ns Spicy Cilantro Pumpkin Quinoa/Rice or rolled in a burrito.


Jerk Sweet Potatoes

Dice 2 regular sized sweet potatoes in bite sized cubes.

Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of N&Ns Jerk (enough to coat and as desired) and stir to coat (adding more as desired).

Cook on stovetop, in a pan or pot, adding a tablespoon of water (or oil) as the liquid evaporates and sweet potatoes stick to the pan OR in an oven at 350F uncovered, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat/oven when tender.

Also try with eggplant!


Lentils Stew

Boil lentils for 15 minutes (until cooked) and strain water .

Add N&Ns Tomato and let simmer.

Add any other vegetables, like diced sweet potatoes, eggplant, spinach, kale, etc

Top with fresh avocado, salt to taste and serve.



Make pizza crust as desired.

Add a layer of N&Ns Tomato to coat crust.

Add desired toppings.

Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy.

Spicy Cilantro Pumpkin Rice

Dice 1 lb of pumpkin (or winter squash) in bite sized cubes.

Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of N&Ns Spicy Cilantro (as desired) and diced pumpkin to 3 servings of uncooked rice (pre-rinsed) in water.

Cook rice according to manufacturer's instructions.

Remove from heat and serve.
