Spicy Cilantro Pumpkin Rice
Dice 1 lb of pumpkin (or winter squash) in bite sized cubes.
Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of N&Ns Spicy Cilantro (as desired) and diced pumpkin to 3 servings of uncooked rice (prerinsed) in water.
Cook rice according to manufacturer's instructions.
Remove from heat and serve.
